of Dream Reactor EOOD, Bulgaria, EIK (corporate ID) 202179430, registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, (“us”, “we”, or “our”) in regard to the operation of the Spellweaver video game, the Spellweaver website, the Spellweaver client, and the Spellweaver mobile app (collectively named as the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection And Use

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information will include your email address (“Personal Information”) and your country of residence.

  1. Game usage information including many specific in-game events (sent to Game Analytics) – used for game improvements based on statistical analysis of the data
  2. Purchase information, including but not limited to country of residence, IP address, game session start and end times, and purchase history – required by EU VAT regulations and used for purchase dispute investigations
  3. Browser, operating system and hardware data – used for fine tuning and optimizations based on the used user system configurations
  4. Website usage statistics (Google Analytics) – used for website usability optimizations
  5. For a mobile device – the mobile device unique ID, mobile device model, mobile OS type and version, and performance statistics – used for optimizing the game’s performance depending for specific devices

In addition, we use own and/or third party services that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to improve our Service’s functionality. Our services comply with the current Privacy Policy. Services provided by third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

 

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

We will not disclose Personal Information to any third party for any reason beyond the operation, development or promotion of the Service itself. We will never sell your Personal Information. However, we will disclose personal information to governmental authorities, when we are presented with a valid subpoena, court order or other administrative order validly issued and executed in accordance with applicable Bulgarian and European law.

Communications

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

 

Business Transaction

If Dream Reactor EOOD is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and through a checkbox dialog window in our game client(s).

Withdrawal of Consent

Using the service constitutes consent and acceptance of our Privacy Policy. If you decide to withdraw your consent, we kindly ask you to stop using the Service. We will then perform an automatic purge of the Personal Information or log data which we do not reasonably need to offer and develop our Service

 

EU legislation and CalOPPA compliance

Our privacy policy is compliant with the applicable EU legislation and CalOPPA requirements. We do not collect any Personal Information or log data which we do not reasonably need to offer and develop our Service, and the Personal Information or log data we keep is adequate, relevant and not excessive.

 

Right to Be Forgotten

The Personal Information we collect is stored in non-public databases and as such is not an object of your right to be forgotten. Applicable EU regulations on commercial transactions require that we keep information about any transactions the players made for 5 years, and such information cannot be deleted.

As the right to be forgotten is still not definitively established, we will update our Privacy Policy accordingly.

 

Applicability across platforms

While some portions of this Privacy Policy may apply to a specific use of a specific platform (website, client, mobile app), likewise, but not limited to: collecting cookies from your browser, the Privacy Policy itself apples to the usage of the Service as a whole, as the different platforms are technical devices that enable the usage, or develop or promote the Service and as such are inseparable from the Service itself.

 

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Bulgaria and the directly applicable legislation of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Some jurisdictions may impose additional protection. If any of the provisions of this Privacy Policy is in contradiction with imperative clauses from your jurisdiction, please inform us and refrain from using the Service.
