To bug or not to bug.

When you put Spoiled Aristocrat onto the field, he cant attack or block until you put next creature.

If you do not put another creature and use Parallel Evolution to turn Spoiled Aristocrate into other creature, the new creature can't attack or block.

If this is not a bug, sorry for writing.
