mouse over on hero powers bugged

so, somewhere in the past weeks something must have broken because I can never check what someones hero power or skill does anymore. moving the mouse over it, or clicking it doesnt do anything

you can find out by looking trough the graveyard, which is a hassle, but that still dosnt tell you what someones actual hero power does exactly

please fix

So this is still broken, but it actually kinda works. At least for me.

When I mouse over the edge of a hero skill or circle around it (right on the circle border or just slightly on the outside) - it shows the text.
