Body and cost not included, just a general concept:

Faessayan Smugglers
When Faesseyan Smugglers deals damage to a hero, choose a card that has been "played under" and put it in your hand.
Zzz, choose a card form your hand and play it, paying it's mana cost and paying additional mana for required levels not met.

Thoughts?

PS. Come to think of it, it should probably be a non-creature card. They're smugglers after all, not trafficants :D .
Oh man, I can see the artwork, one guy in the foreground looking nervously over his shoulder, while two others in the background push the Relic form Relics Guard down some dirt road. That would be tits.

One more:
Goblin Rouser
When Goblin Rouser deals combat damage to a slave creature and both survive put that creature under your control as a non-slave.

Starts with 2 energy, plus 1 at end of turn
Also I'm not really sure how the energy increase and card withdrawal should be handled (turn wise), that's probably not the best scenario.

Idea of a key word:Desperate mind. When you have 21 or less cards in your deck activate this effect.

This would be mainly on wisdom/corruptions because they burn threw their own decks and this would support the selfmill style of gameplay with cards like nightbringer/flash of dillerium.

These are mainly defence focused cards with win-conditions based on having low amount of cards.

Ecoing screams:
level 2(C/W)
1 mana.
Both players decay 2 cards. While this card is in the graveyard if a player decays a spell you may pay 1 mana and bring it back to your hand.

Sustainable mutual mill that can get out of control but you'd need a lot of mana to activate it(to play 4 you'd and get them back you'd need 8 mana each turn which doesn't happen for a while).

Mind rot snail
level 2:(C/W)
2 mana insect zombie.
0/5 2 speed: When this creature enters play you decay 3 cards.
Desperate mind: This creature gains +3 attack.

Early game defense with a late game punch thats pretty much exclusive to self decay decks.

Amnesia feeder:
2 level: (C/W)
3 mana demon
2/4 2 speed: When this creature kills a creature for the first time each turn you may have both players decay 4 cards.
When a creature is decayed you may pay 1 mana if you do target creature loses card text until this creature leaves play.
This creature can't be moved to the support lane(Reckless is my idea for a keyword for it).

This would be a way of deactivating potential dangers mid/late game such as red dragon while also leaving counter play by the fact that your opponent can kill this demon to end the effect. This is also a threat on the board with the mutual decay so it can activate its activateable effect if left unchecked by your opponent.

Ratlick mind warper
level 4(CC/WW)
5 mana Rat mage.
2/5 2 speed:when Ratlick mindwarper enters play both players decay 8 cards.
Desperate mind: When you decay cards deal damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards decayed.

This is a win condition but the twist is the fact you need to stay alive from your selfmill you need to use to activate it.

effect: When you playing this card, lose 2 life points. Search in you library for a magic card, reveal it, and put in your hand. Shuffle your library.
WCC- you may play this card from your graveyard, if you do put this card in the bottom of your library.

I think this thread could use some love again.

I don't currently have access to my cards in the post above, so I'll fix them sometime later. Here are some new cards, made with the Spellweaver card creator: http://users-cs.au.dk/~thorba/spellweavercg/. The artworks are obviously not mine, but since this post will make me neither rich nor famous, I'll use them anyway, and name the artists when I can.

@Maraut, Faulty Prototype reads "stun". Do you mean "shock"?
