Arcadian Visonary and Pandemonium

Unsure if this has come up or if I overlooked something. I tested, against AI, the following:

1. The channeling ability of Sunblessed Emissary does effectively allow you to play Trigon of the Pact at a reduced cost and draws you a card from that.

2. Pandemonium of Darkness can be brought back from the graveyard by Elinor, and you can use her channeling ability to cast it at reduced cost.

3. Arcadian Visionary does NOT allow you to pick Pandemonium of Darkness, however, despite Pandemonium being an Action and me having Enoch as hero. Is this intended or did I miss something?
