then how about using ENGLISH in general parts of the forums?

Yeah, I had an issue with the dude asking for how to play 8 times a day in the English forums: hijacking every random topic he could find. Unless mods can call attention to bug reports... this is probably their only option.

the best course of action would probably be to move a topic that is posted in russian to the russian subforum, then if the issue can't be resolved there, have someone proficient in both russian and english post about it in the main forum in english.
